Cancelling An Order

You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery.

Damaged Or Wrong Items

If your tin arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification we will send a replacement or refund the amount.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, dhoop powder that has been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened tins in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How Refunds Are Paid

• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and usually reach your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• If shipping was charged, it is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
